PSN Back Online...Partly

First off, I must apologize for not having posted for the last few days, as I was busy with my exams. Anyhow, Sony announced today that the PSN servoce will be back within the next 24 hours, but limited to select countries (Only the US, Canada, and Japan as of the moment).

The PS Store will still not function though, as it still needs some work. Sony will also be providing free games and an one month trial of PSN+ once the PS Store is back up.

A new PS3 firmware update is already available and will be required to connect to the network when it finally does come back online in your location (SCEA is maintaing a service map for U.S. users here). Everyone will, of course, be prompted to change their PSN passwords upon signing in."

New Need for Speed: The Run

That's right. Another Need for Speed is coming this year (November). This time around, NFS is going back to the street racing scene, with a blockbuster plot and, of course, hot cars. Lets hope this doesn't turn out to be another disaster for BlackBox, who developed the infamous Undercover.

Never Forget: September 11th, 2001

It was about a decade ago, at 8:46 a.m., when the world stood still... watching as a passenger plane crashes into the North Tower of the World Trade Center in New York. The world was never the same after that day, and it never will be.  The mastermind behind these attacks is now dead... although it's not a closure, it at least serves some justice for those who died on that day.

End of The Hunt: Osama bin Laden Killed
