Hold your breath! The preview video/trailer of the new Steins;Gate movie, 負荷領域のデジャヴ (Fuka Ryoiki no déjà-vu/ Burden Region of Deja Vu), due spring next year, was just posted by KADOKAWA SHOTEN. View it after the break.
As most fans already know, a movie version of S;G was announced right after the end of the original TV series back in 2011, but no additional information was given...until now (There were short PVs before, but nothing really relevant). KADOKAWA SHOTEN recently uploaded a Japanese PV to Youtube, and someone was kind enough to translate the 2 minute PV for those who do not speak the mother tongue language of anime.
Apparently, the story takes place one year after the events of the anime, and Kurisu mentions something about "changing the past changes the future", and "a timeline no one has experienced" was also mentioned, leading to speculations of another possible "shift" in the worldline (Gamma?). I'll update as soon as more information is available!
