     After a rather long time of abandoning my blog due to schoolwork and other complications in my hectic life, I'm back from the dead!

YUI Thoughts: 秒速5センチメートル (5 Centimeters Per Second)

  After re-watching one of my favorite animations "5 Centimeters per Second" after several downs and lows in life... I couldn't help but write a review-like essay...but the it turned out to be rather more personal than analytic. Still, I believe there is some value in this article, which can be found after the break.

 新年快樂 everyone！As some of you may know, today is the Lunar New Year, also known as the Chinese New Year (It's the snake year, by the way)! Hope you all got lots of red envelopes!

The Swiss Life Updates

 I've noticed...that my blog just hasn't been updated much for the past month or so...and I find that quite shameful. So, since I've began a new life here in Geneva, Switzerland, I've decided to update it constantly through this very blog! Hopefully this will inspire me to start updating about other matters as well. Anyhow, expect the first post to come anytime soon!

YUI's Anime Review: Guilty Crown

  I admit...it's been quite awhile since I last watched some anime...with school work and other activities "in the way", I barely had time to even take a peek at new anime series...Throughout the school year, I did manage to watch a few anime series, but I didn't get past the first episode (including Baka to Test, Clannad, Tokyo Magnitude, Bakemonogatari,etc.)...they were great, but I just didn't have the time. With summer vacation starting, however, I now have more than plenty of time! I decided to start with a series that was highly recommended by my friend, whom had also recently watched it. Following her advice, I downloaded the whole series and began right away...
