One year ago, on this very same day, the world stood still...the world would never be the same again. At 14:46 JST, a magnitude 9.0 earthquake hits the east coast of Japan. A forty meter high Tsunami followed. Villages were destroyed. Thousands drowned. And just when the world thought things were at it's worst, a nuclear meltdown began. Japan wreaked havoc. $235 billion worth of damage,15,850deaths, 6,011 injured,3,287 people missing...people lost their life, their families, their hope...their reason to live.
One year later, families have been reunited. Houses have been rebuilt...but Japan remains in suffering. There are still people without shelter, without their loved ones, without a way to recover.
So help make a difference. Donate now, and give those who suffered on that day a reason to live...to light up their lives again.
