Today is Miku Day!

   March 9th...just another Saturday...or is it? Well, for most anime fans, it's more than just a Saturday, because today is Miku Day!


Oh well, it was yesterday for Japan and Taiwan. But still, just for the record, there really is a Miku Day being celebrated by people in Japan...well, anime fans at least. Why? It's not that today is her birthday (that would be 8/31, FYI), but it's because today is March 9th, which in numbers is 3/09, and in Japanese that would be pronounced "Mi(tsu) Ku".It is also known as "Miku's Giving Day" since "39" can also be pronounced "san kyuu", which sounds like the English word "Thank You"!

So, what are you Miku fans doing to celebrate? Well, I listened to Miku songs non-stop today, and had planned on sharing some new Miku songs with another Miku-fanatic friend of mine via Skype...but oh well, it didn't work. Still, I can share with you readers (along with some pictures)! XD
